Postage is free to mainland UK on all orders over £250.
The Postage and Packing on all orders of less than £250 to the UK is calculated by a table method, related to the total price of your purchases.
Total amount spent = £0 to £14 - postage £1.50, £14 to £21 - postage £2.00, £21 to £30 - postage £3.00, £30 to £250 - postage £3.50, £250 and over - postage free.
Overseas Postage is simply priced at cost, please puchase your item online or by phone and we can then e-mail the postage costs before processing your order.
RETURNS
Goods that are returned for credit as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for credit in full and we will raise a full credit on receipt of credit from the manufacturer.
Goods that have been supplied in error will be credited in full.
Goods returned for credit will be subject to a restocking / administration charge or 15% of the retail price of the goods to a maximum of £30.
We will not refund any carriage costs. All items being returned for credit must be unused and in their original packaging.
Any items not meeting these requirements will be returned.
Goods that have been specially ordered will be returned to the relevant supplier and all charges from our supplier will be forwarded to your account including our carriage costs to return the unwanted items.
